Edward did a fantastic job getting us ready for the sale of our home, what the market was like, what to expect, and potentially how long it could take to sell....based on current conditions of the Market. Since the Market was in an apparent slow down due to rising interest rates, Edward still continued to speak to other agents and buyers to find the right buyer for our home. When a buyer came along, he did a great job of packaging the deal and making it all happen with concessions on both sides to make the deal work and work it did. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result, and as I already said..this sale would not have happened without Edward's persistent and superb service to put the deal together and close on the date we had set forth !! As for the buy of our new home...he worked very had traveling to the Sacramento area to help us find a new home. It was tough to find a Existing Home that fit the bill for us..but Edward stayed the course and continued to work to find something we would like. We ended up finding a new home to buy, which made all of us happy. We are still waiting for the home to be done...but when it is done...we will be very happy. THANKS ED !!

Margaret is the best. As an agent and a human being. We were relocating to Oakland from Los Angeles. She educated us on all the possible neighbourhoods, analyzed our needs and then narrowed our search to the areas that we could get what we wanted at the price we could pay. When our search was interrupted by Covid closures and we returned to L.A. for a year she continued to educate us on the changing market and our options. All of this meant that when we sold our L.A. place and returned to the hunt in Oakland we were able to zero in on the property that worked for us in about 2 weeks. She then guided us through the somewhat mysterious pricing and offering process here which was completely unfamiliar to us. As a result, we got the first house we made an offer on and couldn't be happier with our choice.
