Edward did a fantastic job getting us ready for the sale of our home, what the market was like, what to expect, and potentially how long it could take to sell....based on current conditions of the Market. Since the Market was in an apparent slow down due to rising interest rates, Edward still continued to speak to other agents and buyers to find the right buyer for our home. When a buyer came along, he did a great job of packaging the deal and making it all happen with concessions on both sides to make the deal work and work it did. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result, and as I already said..this sale would not have happened without Edward's persistent and superb service to put the deal together and close on the date we had set forth !! As for the buy of our new home...he worked very had traveling to the Sacramento area to help us find a new home. It was tough to find a Existing Home that fit the bill for us..but Edward stayed the course and continued to work to find something we would like. We ended up finding a new home to buy, which made all of us happy. We are still waiting for the home to be done...but when it is done...we will be very happy. THANKS ED !!

From the time we decided to sell our home, till it closed, Edward was spot on with service, knowledge and most of all insight in the current conditions and what to expect. Never did I get the feeling he was filling us up with fluff to just sell our home. Just an extremely honest and upfront expectations of the process. During our buying process of our new home, he was there to help us see homes, set up timely appointments and give honest opinions of the home and things to look for. Having an agent on your side looking out for your best interest and not theirs is a refreshing experience. We had some experiences with agents that were less than honest about homes and listings...Not Edward. Might be tough to hear it...but honestly is the best policy and Edward was that the entire time in the process.Thanks for everything...I would recommend your services to anyone selling or buying a home !!
