Suzanne Yost is friendly and thorough. I felt well taken care of.

I had the most marvelous experience working with Suzanne as my real estate agent. From start to finish, she was supportive, transparent, and honest, making me feel truly heard when it came to my top priorities as well as my “nice to have” list. Suzanne was highly skilled at finding homes that matched both my budget and my ideal location, and she guided me through every step of the process with clarity and confidence. She went above and beyond what many agents might consider their role—researching permitting for pets, looking into fire and hazard insurance, and even providing thoughtful guidance on the value of furniture items the sellers were offering. Her ability to balance sellers’ asking prices with comparable sales and my own considerations gave me confidence that my offers were well-informed and strategic. On a personal level, Suzanne is warm, kind, and approachable, yet also firm and insightful when it comes to sharing her perspectives. She felt like an extension of my family throughout this journey, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my new home thanks to her efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for an exceptional, dedicated, and caring real estate agent.
