I met Michelle at a open house a year and half ago talking about my vision, my timeline, my dream neighborhood etc. Fast forward to today - we have come full circle to find a home I love. During the due diligence process, Becky read every document in detail and helped us to identify the red flags that we should be aware, and also helped to interpret all the various provisions across the various agreements. Becky also maintains a great pulse on the market and allowed us to be competitive in our negotiation process and ultimately navigated us to a successful close.
