Susan is excellent at her profession. She kept me abreast of everything, and I had no surprises during our interactions. She provided constant updates, even when my buyer was at fault with their end of the transaction. She made sure my buyer and their realtor were following through with their responsibilities so that we could have a smooth outcome with the transaction. Awesome!

Nancy, was referred to us by good friends and we couldn't have been more impressed with our experience. Nancy assisted us in selling my father's home in a difficult time (Real Estate wise) and while we were dealing with his transition to Assited care, us retiring and moving ourselves (literally across the country), all while we weren't even located in LA. She made the process easy and was constantly in communication. Most real estate agents we have dealt with are just intereested in getting the sale complete, but Nancy went even further, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Thank you again, Nacy for all the help.
