We loved working with Victoria. Excellent service and advice at every step along the way!

This was not an easy move for my wife and I, we had 20 or so years of stuff we had to either part, sale or move to our new location. Nestor, helped us with all of this from holding garage sales, packing ,and recommending contractors for our current house to movers for our new house. I would have to say Nestor helped us with every aspect of our move including talking me down from an anxiety attack I was having. I have known Nestor probably 10 years or more on a personal level and have kept my eye on him for a buisness decision to sale my home. He made the decision very easy for me as honesty, great perspective and an action based attitude of I can is extremely important and necessary for me to trust someone with such a very important part of my life. The sale of a home is just not financial to us, it is very personal and emotional and I had full trust in Nestor, and this is coming from a person with trust issues. I cannot recommend him enough, my wife and I are very satisfied with the sale of our home and now live in our dream home in an excellent neighborhood we have always imagined, and Nestor made all of this happen. I did not have to worry about the sale or the negotiation of our new home as I new we were in very experienced and extremely competent hands. The communication also was excellent and I have to mention this because its very important to me. If you are considering selling or buying a home, Nestor is the man to go to period, and you will be very satisfied with the results he helps you achieve, I know we are!
