176 Ferne Court SOLD! Josh handled a property listing (sale) for us. He made the entire process so simple by coordinating inspections, staging, photography and utilizing technology to automate the document processing (completion, signings, etc…). He enthusiastically represented our property at open houses and at scheduled showing with prospective buyers and their agents. He patiently answers questions until issues are understood and/or resolved and always conducts himself in a professional, positive upbeat manner with the utmost integrity. He made what could have been a stressful transaction, fun! He's truly a pleasure to work with. The results were great too! We had multiple offers and sold in the first week and for over the asking price! — Linda Fahn, Home Seller in Palo Alto

Dear Prospective Homeowners: It is our immense pleasure to recommend Kiersten Ligeti and Patricia Karoubi as real estate agents for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were relocating from Socal to this area and were unsure how the differences in the real estate market between Socal and Norcal will affect our decision making. We needed a reasonably large home with our kids going to commutable colleges from home and with a yard and fast! Kiersten and Patricia both had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home . They are highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best neighborhoods. We really appreciated the fact that they did not waste our time with homes that were not in line with our needs. A master with the contract negotiations, this team came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, they guided us through all the smaller details. There is nothing that escapes their attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. We found them to be highly attentive agents, almost as if we were there only customers, although we know that was not the case. This team was in so much sync that our texts, emails and phone calls were answered literally within the minute. We never felt neglected or unimportant. We are pleased to recommend the team of Kiersten and Patricia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They are hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again they will be our first choice in real estate agents. Regards, Prithpal and Archana Bhogill
