Daniel helped me purchase my dream house in a very competitive market. He is the most resourceful real estate agent I ever met. His knowledge of local market is very rich. His estimation of a reasonable selling price is very accurate particularly at the moment of a crazy real estate market. He understands the needs of client and makes substantial effort to negotiate for the benefits of clients. Recently we purchased a new home and Daniel was our buyers agent. From the time we first met him at one of the open house, Daniel was very honest and straight forward. We liked his approach and decided to go with him as our buyers agent. Once we started the process, Daniel was very practical in explaining lot of things. He had lot of local market knowledge which helped us gain insight on purchase price, house conditions etc. The good thing about him was he was never pushy at any point of time. When it came to the time of submitting an offer, Daniel spent lot of time explaining his past experience, Do's and Don'ts on submitting the offers etc. He wanted to go with an offer which is very beneficial for us and also per market conditions. At time of negotiations with seller, he handled it very well. He made sure I don't overpay and never let my emotions come into play in the process. (This might be one of the mistakes most of newbies make, for which one should have a trusty agent) Finally we closed it and his help didn't stop there at all. As we are new to home buying we had lot of questions before and after purchase. Daniel was very patient to handle all those things. We had some small issues after move, which he helped us all the way and responds immediately like the day one. I honestly would recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking to buy/sell home. As home buying is one of the biggest decision in life, one should have a trustworthy, honest and practical guy like Daniel with them to make it successful and stress free.
