Paula is amazing. She does everything in her power to make a deal happen, even when the buyer (and seller : ) are stubborn. She helped me quickly buy two investment properties 4 years ago in a very competitive market and now helped me sell both in a super slow market. I don't live close to the properties, so she took care of everything including managing renos and repairs. Her knowledge of the market helped me sell one of the properties in just a couple of weeks.
