We tried a few agents in the beginning, and all but Dale were just looking to make a sale (laughing off concerns with the house, responding to questions with non-answers, and generally just disengaged with our needs). Dale is an absolute professional with deep knowledge of what to expect out of each home you walk through. He can articulate your cons into pros and your pros into cons in ways that make you understand what is actually important in a house you live in and for the long term value of a property. We have learned a tremendous amount during our time working with Dale. If you value honesty in an agent, Dale is your guy. I would recommend him exclusively to friends and family.
