This was my first home purchase and we couldn’t have done it without Dale. Dale is an absolute professional with deep knowledge of what to expect out of each home you walk through. After what felt like an endless search, we finally found our dream home—and we couldn’t have done it without Dale. Dale took on a tough sell in a tough market. The property is in a very rural area and needed a special buyer to appreciate the possibilities. After numerous clients had looked at the property, he was finally able to find a client that fit the bill. An offer was made and accepted as the property just closed escrow last week.
