She has a great sense for the local real estate market and provided us with a thorough review of the housing market, comparing our home to others that were currently or recently listed, and confirming what we should expect as far as selling price and work that might be required to put the house on the market. Vickie communicated with us clearly and efficiently every step of the way with daily phone and email updates as needed. She helped guide us thru gathering all the necessary documentation and assisted with walking us thru all the complicated forms to ensure that nothing was missed. Whenever there was a situation where there were multiple options to move forward, she clearly explained all of them and supported our decisions. Vickie excelled at handling a lot of extras for getting the house and property ready for market - dealing with all the necessary contractors and inspections, as well as helping arrange an estate sale - as we were not available in Paso Robles for a lot of the time work was needing to happen. And when we were in town, she was always available to meet with to give us updates on her progress. I think it says a lot about Vickie that when I asked my parents if they had any preference for a realtor to sell their home, there was no hesitation and they immediately asked for her after 27 years.
