Lindsey,It has been a long time since I first drove my 1962 Sunbeam up Country Club Drive in late June 1967. My proud parents, after a 77 day exploration around the US, found the San Luis Obispo valley totally to their liking.The188 House is now being passed onto new owners and I hope they will also enjoy many years in the house that will even surpass the original. Thanks for finding the Hall family. John was friendly, attentive and professional throughout the few weeks that our house was for sale. He communicated with us on a regular basis and kept us up to date on all developments and provided excellent advice. Every time my husband and I took a trip to Cambria, we would stop by a realtor office on Main Street, trying to get more information on the properties that were currently on the market, but nothing was a good fit. Truth be told we were referred to REMax – Pines by the Sea but we were not acquainted with Jose Luis. We walked-in to the office, unannounced, and Jose Luis introduced himself. The real estate market in Cambria, is not for the faint-of-heart and Jose Luis stuck with us and never wavered.
