Although it took several months to find a home she continued forward with us showing us home after home after home until the right one came along. Making sure the homes were ready for us as we walked in, lights on. She also was so accommodating to our work schedules. Michelle helped me find my first property and the process of buying a house as everybody knows, is a big financial decision and can be stressful. Michelle has been super patient and understanding when I expressed feelings of being overwhelmed or unsure of my decisions. She walked me through the experience and anytime I had questions, she would take time to explain to me and validate my feelings. She always made it very clear to me that this was my decision and no one else’s and that if the house ended up not being the one for me, then we would find another one. As somebody who has never done this before, that relief of pressure was extremely helpful in this process.
