I would not have been able to do it without him. He is very knowledgeable and hard working! He is also very patient and makes time to hear my concerns. He also answer all my questions and explains the process of buying a house in a way I could understand. I was very picky when buying a new house and Frank was patient and showed me many houses until I found the perfect one! I had some problems after closing with the seller and he fixed them they same day! I 1000% recommend Frank Delcaprio as your future real estate!

I’m not your usual buyer by no means I like remote properties. I also walk the whole property to see what I’m getting. I did teach her new off beaten path apps and didn’t make her walk with me. She’s very patient she even handled a stressful situation very well. I think I tested her to the max as I ask questions most don’t think about. You couldn’t get a better realtor. She will be used again by us on other places. She also helped us buy or next home.
