Jeff was very informative and guided us in every step of the home selling process. From helping us negotiate terms to working with the title company and buyers agent, everything was seamless. I would recommend Jeff to anyone selling their home.

As an out of town buyer, we spent 4 months looking for just the right home to meet our needs. Steffany was with us every step of the way. We found the perfect home! Thank you Steffany. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a competent, hard working realtor. We appreciate everything she did for us.

Steffany was very professional and energetic. She explained thoroughly her home selling process, which was based on 20 years of experience. She communicated at every step during the sale of the home. She knew from experience when the best time was to bring the home to market. She provided valuable feedback on multiple offers on the home so we could see which offer was the best. Very stress free on our part because we had complete confidence in her abilities. Finally, she is the professional realtor you should team up with because she is fair, honest, and even compassionate when needed. She is the best.

Cissy and her team we very friendly and professional! Cissy is an advocate for her clients always making for sure they are taken care of and their needs are met! As a local appraiser, I have worked with Cissy for many years! When it came time to sell our family home there was no other choice!

Cissy was always quick to respond, schedule showings and reach out to other agents to get answers to any questions we had. Cissy knows the Bakersfield market well. We spent almost 3 years searching for the right home. There were times we were completely frustrated by the current market conditions, ready to take a break from house hunting. Cissy was very understanding and professional at all times, kept us up to date on new listings, offered her insight & knowledge to help us through. I definitely recommend Cissy, she is a great agent!

Cissy was very patient with us as we viewed numerous properties for an extended period. Her knowledge and experience is top notch. She is always pleasant and available at short notice. You can’t go wrong with Cissy whether you’re buying or selling.
