Buying a house can be a daunting, stressful and an emotional process, so choosing the right Realtor makes all the difference in the world. I saw this firsthand during my search for a home in Southwest Bakersfield. Nerissha was great to work with! She showed us so many houses across all areas of town, and helped us determine what area was right for us. I never felt any pressure from her… Nerissha was patient beyond belief, and she focused on getting us the house that was right for us. In the end, she got it done! Purchasing a home is one of the most significant decisions in your life, so in my mind, Trust is the most important quality when choosing a Realtor. Nerissha is trustworthy, she is patient, super knowledgeable about Bakersfield, and ultimately wanted what was best for us. There is no other Realtor I would trust or would want to work with! She is the best!
