Working with Alma was an amazing experience. She was always available to answer questions when I didn’t understand, and I feel that as a first time home buyer that is very important. She explained everything to us in detail from the beginning of the process to end. She was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s a first time home buyer looking to buy!!

Brittni was highly recommended to us by a family member who’m she mentioned had helped a lot of the people we know, trust and look up to in the Bakersfield community. We had been speaking to a few agents and lenders but when we had our first meeting with Britni we instantly connected with her. She has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable with not only the Bakersfield market but the surrounding areas including Los Angeles. My husband and I left that meeting with such relief as we felt she was the perfect agent to help us find our first home due to her being very professional and so pleasant and easy to talk to. Brittni brings a lot of heart to the table. She recommended a few loan officers that she suggested we get opinions from who gave us tips nobody else had. We quickly improved our credit which put us in a better bracket. Throughout the process she communicated with us every step of the way, scheduled multiple showings, and assisted us by scheduling our home inspections and walkthroughs. I appreciated her eye for detail and more than anything for fully removing the stress off of us during the entire process. Her dedication to her career and clients is commendable. We closed our home a month after we started looking and it is truly our dream home. We know we can count on Brittni even after closing to answer any questions and we are so happy to have chosen her as our agent and to have her on our team.
