Kris took the time to explain the price of nearby comparisons and what would be recommended for our listing price. Kris suggested we list the house on Fri and be available to show on Sat and Sun, as that would be all the time we needed on the market. We could not believe that she would only suggest a weekend of showing, but trusted her experience. We were surprised when we received multiple offers over asking price after two days of showing. Kris was honest to us and everything she suggested and recommended was spot on! On top of her stellar service, she was so kind and compassionate. We truly were blessed to have Kris as our realtor she helped us beginning to end even after arriving to our new state.
