We felt very comfortable with Dana right from the start. She explained very clearly all of our options and was very clear on her knowledge and experience with real estate. We got offers within days of putting our home on the market and sold it very quickly. Plus, she worked tirelessly to get us our new home, which we love! Dana is absolutely amazing, and my family and I are so grateful for her hard work and friendly attitude.

She’s extraordinary

I’m not your usual buyer by no means I like remote properties. I also walk the whole property to see what I’m getting. I did teach her new off beaten path apps and didn’t make her walk with me. She’s very patient she even handled a stressful situation very well. I think I tested her to the max as I ask questions most don’t think about. You couldn’t get a better realtor. She will be used again by us on other places. She also helped us buy or next home.

Cissy and her team we very friendly and professional! Cissy is an advocate for her clients always making for sure they are taken care of and their needs are met! As a local appraiser, I have worked with Cissy for many years! When it came time to sell our family home there was no other choice!

Cissy was always quick to respond, schedule showings and reach out to other agents to get answers to any questions we had. Cissy knows the Bakersfield market well. We spent almost 3 years searching for the right home. There were times we were completely frustrated by the current market conditions, ready to take a break from house hunting. Cissy was very understanding and professional at all times, kept us up to date on new listings, offered her insight & knowledge to help us through. I definitely recommend Cissy, she is a great agent!

Cissy was very patient with us as we viewed numerous properties for an extended period. Her knowledge and experience is top notch. She is always pleasant and available at short notice. You can’t go wrong with Cissy whether you’re buying or selling.
