Cissy was our purchasing agent who excelled in comparison to our selling agent; a night and day difference. While she was perfectly honest, professional, and communicative, there was much more. We could tell she was fighting for us though the whole process, and she even gave us a ton of advice regarding our selling our house when the other realtor completely let us down, repeatedly.
5 stars is not enough. It was my first home purchase ever. It took me about a year and a half of looking on and off to finally fully commit pull the trigger. Cissy hung with us the whole time. She explained everything along the way, always having our best interest at the forefront of every conversation. She was super honest with us and always readily available for us. 10/10. 100% going back to her if we buy again or sell.
