My father is an undocumented immigrant who arrived in the United States when he was 17 years old. He believed that he would never be able to own a home because of him not being a resident. Until Wendy mentioned to my father one day that there are ways for us to have our own home. We were shocked and couldn’t believe it was true until we started the process. My dad and I were able to purchase our first home together. With his work permit and being undocumented he was able to help me purchase our first home. Wendy spent countless hours assisting us in our search for the ideal home for our family. She was always contacting and sending us homes that were ideal for us. Wendy is the best realtor we came across! She has a gift for assisting others, and our family is speechless at how much she has guided us on our new path. We love our residence!
