Miguel has been a good family friend for a long time. I’ve known him since the late 80’s, and we both attended San Diego State – Go Aztecs! Sometimes it is hard to do business with friends, but not with Miguel. He was amazing at making sure the house was ready for sale, he priced it right, used his network to get the right eyeballs on the property, and helped obtain closure in a very timely manner.
