Archie is extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped to educate me so much throughout the process. He went out of his way to stage and present my house at its very best. His team is loaded with talent and I could see that everyone was an expert in their area. I listed previously with different agents and removed my listing bc the home just wasn’t selling. So glad I gave Archie a shot to put it back on the market! My home was listed in February 2020 and even with COVID-19 and a huge halt in between, Archie continued to work and closed my deal in May 2020! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Andrew was a fabulous agent who was on top of everything every step of the way! He kept us updated as offers came in and even qualified them for us as to keep our expectations in check. We were selling the house through a Trust and as complex as all of the intricacies were, his background in contracts were invaluable and made the sale a smooth one.
