We were selling the house through a Trust and as complex as all of the intricacies were, his background in contracts were invaluable and made the sale a smooth one. We were very fortunate to have had Andrew represent us in buying our current home. He was extremely well-prepared right from the start, providing us with a detailed summary of our expected timeline and key dates to help set our expectations. He helped us negotiate a good price (below the appraisal value). Most importantly, when a serious roof repair issue put the deal in jeopardy (sellers were unresponsive and our contingency deadline looming), Andrew sacrificed his personal time during a special holiday to bring the issue to resolution and save the deal.
