She was very respectful of our need to be educated on how to sell a house. She started with a walk thru and made some suggestions for staging the house. Kasha put together a presentation showing houses that have sold or on the market with a suggestion of price. With her help and experience we put it on the market. She was aggressive right from the beginning. Realtor showing she had several leads. She pushed for open houses. A couple offers came in . We asked Kasha for her opinion about the offers and strategized a counter. After a couple months we sold. With her knowledge of the market from the beginning we only reduced the price by 10k on an offer over million dollar. We were very happy with the whole process and end result.
