From the very beginning Kasha has been there for us . We haven’t bought or sold anything for 30 years. Kasha walked us thru all the processes. Explaining how things have changed. She was very respectful of our need to be educated on how to sell a house. She started with a walk thru and made some suggestions for staging the house. Kasha put together a presentation showing houses that have sold or on the market with a suggestion of price. With her help and experience we put it on the market. She was aggressive right from the beginning. Realtor showing she had several leads. She pushed for open houses. A couple offers came in . We asked Kasha for her opinion about the offers and strategized a counter. After a couple months we sold.
