Jennifer Sommers is an outstanding real estate agent in so many ways. Not only did she listened to features we want in a future home, she also provided the area knowledge and school ranking expertise that ultimately helped our family narrow down the choices down to where we want to live. She made the real estate buying experience non-stressful and paperwork process seamless by scheduling all the appointments in advance, providing necessary background information before we viewed each home and offering electronic signature for key documents via DocuSign. We could always count on Jennifer to follow-up on many questions we have regarding the areas/school districts or fair price to pay for the property. Her experience in negotiations along with understanding of the local market dynamics helped inform our decision to pass on a few properties and make offer on the home of our dreams. At the end, we got the house in a neighborhood that’s highly desirable at a great price. Our family is extremely happy to have Jennifer as a partner every step of the way. We highly recommend you giving Jennifer a call on your next real estate purchase!
