In short, Ryan is awesome! Allow me to share how we've reached this conclusion. It's the spring of 2020, Covid fears are high and the rates are low. It's a selling frenzy out and here come first-time buyers with little to no clue how to navigate. We needed patience, guidance, empathy, and laughter to help us through the anxiety and disappointment of failed attempts at home ownership. Ryan was steadfast in his support and efforts to find us the right place. It was a learning process and by the end, the wisdom gained helped us to put together a solid offer and finally - we found home.
