I can tell you Shauna went above and beyond than any other agent I have ever seen. She is prompt, friendly, intelligent, connected and respected in the industry as well. She always knew what to do when some very difficult situations arose. I highly recommend her and know that she would do another stellar job. Buying and selling real estate in OC requires Shauna's level of professionalism and I would only use her or her firm in the future. There are other agents in the past I dealt with that can't hold a candle to her. I'm very pleased to give her the highest rating possible and she deserves every star!

Darel and Evi are the right couple for your home purchasing needs. Darel sets you up on the MLS, and once you start your search and communicate with Darel he will get you in to see a home the next day. Darel is communicative, knowledgeable, and responsive to all things home purchasing. He is helpful in guiding you to place to the right offer for that offer to get accepted. Date and Evi work their magic. Darel was up late working on our offer package to present and making sure it was top quality. Once the offer was accepted Darel sent us all of our paperwork through secure email for signing, and if we had any questions we were able to call, text or email them both. All the nitty gritty no worries, Darel will explain items in general terms and not in real-estate terms. He works closely with the lender of your choice to get things handled and taken care of. It was by far one of the easiest, most efficient process to purchasing our first home. Darel and Evi made it a great experience. So helpful, kind, and just overall great people to work with. They are awesome!
