My experience with Al Gels was both good and bad. The good part is that Al Gels did find a buyer for my property. The bad part is the horrendous and terribly unpleasant experience that I had with Al Gels during the entire 30-day time period during which the transaction was in escrow. Specifically, from the day that escrow opened until the day that it closed, I was subjected to one unpleasant confrontation after another. Those confrontations were almost always the result of inappropriate and unnecessary demands that were made by Al Gels. What made those confrontations even worse were numerous false accusations, misrepresentations, half-truths and outright lies that were fabricated by Al Gels The month-long experience was so unpleasant that at the end of it all I was just as happy that my dealings with Al Gels were over as I was that escrow had closed and that I had the money from the sale in the bank. In summary, there is only one way for someone to appreciate the horrific experience that I had with Al Gels, and it is summarized in the following slogan: "If you are looking to sell....... hire Al Gels...... and buckle up for a ride through hell."
