She would always let us know when someone was going to look at our condo and then give us feedback good or bad so we knew what people were saying so that we could make decisions based on that. When we signed with her she recommended we have an inspector go thru our condo to let us know what things needed to be repaired so there would be no surprises when we sold it..She is very professional and very knowledgeable and we sold our condo in two weeks for more than our asking price.
