Hannah Song

This is the second time Hannah has been our agent. The first time was with our primary residence and then with this one, an investment property. As with the first time, she has proven to be a very knowledgeable agent who was able to guide us through the whole phase of the purchase process. She made sure everything all decisions were made in our interest and no one else’s. She has lived in this area and worked in this field a long time and he experience showed in the negotiation to the choice of home warranty companies. She was always open to any questions and was unfailing professional, all with a smile and great humor. I really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her without hesitation.

It has been very easy working with Hannah Song, our realtor in purchasing our new house. We are not native to Irvine and although we've been there for meals, we didn't know it well from a resident's point of view. Hannah was very informative not only about the area, the schools, shopping, etc... as only a native would know, but could anticipate our needs even before we had them. We had very particular needs as we were looking for a place with a bedroom downstairs for inlaws and enough space for a family of 4 in a specific school zone, not easy. Hannah patiently guided us through and we found the perfect place. Most importantly she negotiated hard not only on the price of the house, but also with the escrow company to lower fees. For the subsequent renovations and works, she was even able to recommend companies and workers who offered better rates than ones I had researched on my own. She is no-nonsense, practical and worked completely for our benefit, answering my numerous questions, tirelessly. I couldn't have asked for any one better to help me through what would otherwise have been a nightmarish process. I couldn't recommend Hannah enough.
