Over a 90 day period, we were able to complete construction and renovations in our current home, list the property, find our next home, sell our current home, open escrow on our new property, AND close both properties. We viewed >60 listings together and ended up purchasing an off-market home. There were a lot of moving parts with both selling our current home and purchasing our next home, but Caliber got it done. Moreover, we are not first time home owners and we are both busy professionals (with a young family), so in order to accomplish both transactions simultaneously, we know we needed a great team to help us. I can say a lot of great things about Vienna as an agent but the one thing that sticks out the most when it comes to my experience with her is how much she paid attention to the things we didn’t say. Anyone knows to ask a buyer what kinds of things they are looking for but really focusing on them when looking at homes and listening to them discuss the pros/cons of each home can say so much more. When we were shopping for our home we spent time in each home doing a cursory walk through but the bulk of our time was always spent in the yard. After a few houses Vienna noticed this and said “You guys didn’t mention that the backyard was really important. I know you wanted one because of your dogs but you spend more time in the yard than you do in the home whenever we visit a house. It seems like the yard is actually really important, do you two spend a lot of time outside?” We hadn’t even realized it ourselves and never would have thought to tell her that outdoor living space was crucial to us but we didn’t have to because she REALLY listened to us and figured it out for us. I would 100% use her again!
