Sarah was a beacon of optimism and realistic expectations through the entire house listing, sale and closing process. I, recently, sold my house with her help in a tough market for sellers; and it was all thanks to her patience, market knowledge, professionalism, and—often—emotional support. Once we went into escrow, she buffered me from all the minute details of selling, and I was able to free up time for my other obligations. She offered a one stop shop from photos, listing, open houses, price negotiations, to, even, reminding me to cancel my utility accounts. I highly recommend her for your peace of mind.

Sarah did a fantastic job guiding me through the entire process of buying my first home. I met her at an open house, and from the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and confident about the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always available whenever I had a question. Sarah is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She will fight like a bull to get you what you want and always has your best interests at heart. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me purchase my first home. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We initially chose Sarah as our agent because of all the glowing reviews. When we first met with her, we laid out all of our particular needs and parameters. Our purchase needed to be contingent on the sale of our home to fund the concurrent purchase of the next home. Instead of telling us "that can't be done" or "that's not going to happen", Sarah listened and agreed to walk us through the process. As a result, Sarah continued to earn our trust and confidence in her unique skill set of being an empathetic listener and a consummate professional in her handling of the myriad of details required in the state of CA. Sarah was phenomenal both as our buyer's agent and as our selling agent! We really appreciated how communicative she was throughout the whole process. You will be hard pressed to find such a competent and compassionate real estate professional who truly goes above and beyond in representing your interests whether buying or selling! Highly recommend enlisting her services.
