I've had the honor of working with Mike and his team on several transactions and I will tell you that they are some of the very best in this business. They truly do care and go that extra mile for everyone involved and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mike's market knowledge was very commendable. His pricing was right on and he kept me informed as the entire process unfolded. I recommend Mike and his associate Cindy to everyone who is considering selling their property. He sold a multi-family dwelling for me and a single family residence for an acquaintance, both transaction went smoothly and without any quirks.

Mike was very responsive throughout the entire process, returning my calls and emails promptly whenever I had questions or needed updates. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the property and was fair in his dealings throughout the transaction. As a dual agent representing both the buyer and seller, Mike managed a potentially tricky situation with real skill. He treated both parties evenly and kept communication transparent, which gave me confidence that the process was being handled fairly even with the dual representation. During negotiations, he was even-handed and worked to find common ground rather than push one side over the other, which helped move things along smoothly. His communication style is matter-of-fact and straightforward, with no fluff and no overselling, just clear information when you need it. That style worked well for me and made decision-making easier. Overall, Mike was professional from start to finish. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is responsive, knowledgeable about the property, and able to navigate complex transactions with fairness.
