We had trouble selling our house as the interest rates were rising. We tried another agent but had no success. The rates were rising faster than we could price drop and we were getting nervous about the value of the home. We had already moved out of the area and were juggling two house payments. Melinda and her team came in and were so effective and efficient! Although they didnt live in the area they drove down to SD in order to assess the house and hold open houses for us.
