My fiancé and I started renting in Alameda a few years ago, and looked at many houses with various agents. It wasn’t until JVM Lending recommended us to Kevin and Vivian where we were able to start looking seriously for our starter home! I would honestly say they they are the “realist” agents we’ve ever met, and love that we were able to be so honest about every home we saw. They remembered our feedback and helped us move on to the next home until they found one, before it hit the market, so we did not have to comete with other buyers. We are so ecstatic that we were able to stay in Alameda within our budget, but also grateful that Kevin and Vivian have become one of our good friends as well!
