As a first time home buyer, Martha took me through all the details and answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to understand wants, needs, etc., all while providing her professional input in a way that didn’t make me feel patronized. Martha was always professional, kind, and overall wonderful to work with. She worked around my busy schedule and was always on top of appointments, viewings, call-backs, and check-ins. Martha and I searched for a year for my first home and I ended up giving up to “wait it out”. Martha stayed in touch with gentle follow ups and was still willing to work with me when I felt the time was right. She ultimately found me my first home and I could not be happier. If you want an agent who takes the time to understand you and is willing to go the distance to find the right home for you, Martha is the one.
