Matthew exceeded all expectations! I asked him to find me income properties to consider in all of Orange County . A very broad mandate that he handled exceptionally well and led to me purchasing two properties so far I plan to continue to work with Matt in the future as I grow my real estate portfolio. The service he provided post purchase has also gone above and beyond. He has been extremely helpful in finding me contractors, services and whatever else I need to get the properties ready to rent. I also use his property management company and have not had a single issue so far. I basically just receive a check in the mail and they handle everything else!

We had quite the bumpy start with the market during COVID but that didn’t stop Erica from pushing and advocating for us each step of the way!
