Melissa had made a connection with us via "door knocking" several years ago, and always remained on our radar due to her warm personality and clear understanding of both real estate and our particular neighborhood in Laguna Niguel. She has sold many homes in the Pacesetters, and knows her stuff! She offered great input at every turn. She got us top dollar - even above our comfort level - by doing her research and supporting the price with hard data. She also showed up for every single showing, the buyers' inspection and follow up visit with a contractor, staging appointments, and held weekly Open Houses, compliant to the COVID19 guidelines. Then of course she was very busy behind the scenes, following up with buyers' agents and giving us feedback that we could act upon to make our house put its best foot forward for the sale.
