Tiffany was amazing when it came to selling my home! I wasn't sure when I'd be able to sell my home due to family heath issues and she was so patient about it. Tiffany was my agent when I had purchased the townhouse a year ago, and also when I decided to sell due an unexpected change in our family situation. Since we are living overseas, I had to rely on Tiffany to get the necessary repairs completed for the sale. She even helped coordinate the payment to the contractors upfront to expedite the repair work. Her great service and personal attention were very appreciated.

Our experience with Carlos was excellent. He was professional since day one. When we told him that we wanted to sell with contingency to purchase he gave us the reassurance that it was very possible, and after a couple of open houses he did, we would get anxious because we were not getting good offers, which to what he would say to us: "Just be patient, we just need to wait to get the right buyer". We did get the right buyer as he stated. A three way transaction was very stressful but Carlos was always transparent, professional and calm. Carlos was always available to answer our questions, we never felt pressured to do something we didn't want to do, etc. We learned a lot along the way and very grateful he was willing to represent us and helped us to get us a new home.
