Maria sold us our house in 2003. Somehow, we found her again to sell the same house in 2021! We loved working with her. She was knowledgeable about the process, helpful (she sent copies of documents to me in addition to email), and kind. Her advice was wise for making the house more appealing. She welcomed input from our extended family members and did not mind our communal culture. She always went the extra mile. When my husband was sick during the selling process, she even offered to come help me pack. After closing, she came by the house to take out our trash, recycling, and yard waste. Since we have moved out of state, she has personally sent us our mail until the mail forwarding service kicked in.
