Our experience with Carlos was excellent. He was professional since day one. When we told him that we wanted to sell with contingency to purchase he gave us the reassurance that it was very possible, and after a couple of open houses he did, we would get anxious because we were not getting good offers, which to what he would say to us: "Just be patient, we just need to wait to get the right buyer". We did get the right buyer as he stated. A three way transaction was very stressful but Carlos was always transparent, professional and calm. Carlos was always available to answer our questions, we never felt pressured to do something we didn't want to do, etc. We learned a lot along the way and very grateful he was willing to represent us and helped us to get us a new home.
