She would immediately schedule viewings when we would request to view a house. Sierra would also send reports containing very useful information about the neighborhood in which the house was located at including nearby schools and their ratings which was very useful for our family since we have kids! After receiving our house keys, Sierra still checks in and when ever we have any questions or doubts she is there to assist us when she can.
