From start to finish, Julian was friendly, super punctual, easy to get communicate with and the guy can just hustle! He's great with his negotiation skills and keeping your best interests priority. There were a few times when viewing homes that Julian informed us of concerns with the listing that a usual Realitor wouldn't have. Thanks Julian for your hard work. You made our home buying process fun and efficient. Mr. Lopez also listed our previous home and had it sold in just a few weeks. We were not impressed with the first photos listed on our previous home and he quickly fixed and they came out better than we first imaged. I've already referred him to my friends and family which he is currently helping my co worker. Lastly, the lender he refers is amazing.
