Malyn has done an excellent job in helping us to find a home. From the very beginning, she always made herself available to us. During the initial stages, she clearly explained the process to us, helped us look for candidate homes,accompanied us during house visits and found the answers to all our questions. When we finally chose a place, Malyn made sure that the process was always briskly moving forward and that all the documents were signed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with her and we could not thank her enough for helping us get through the life changing event of getting our first home.
She's got excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients - buyer or seller. She could handle problems ahead of time before they become unmanageable. She arranged/managed for me contractors to refurbish my house to be sold. She prepared the décor of the house and the preparations needed for listing. She represented me in dealing with all parties during all the open houses she conducted. She managed all offers/counter offers till the start and end of escrow. What more detail appraisal of her performance I could add to the above.. I don’t know. I highly recommend her to everyone!!
Malyn is very knowledgeable on her craft, she was really very helpful in guiding us from the time we are choosing our house until it closes. Very patience and always have a ready smile even we have done the third house she is showing for the day. I am highly recommending her to any new homebuyer because she is transparent in all dealings with us.
