As first time home buyers and with very low knowledge of the real estate market, we were a little nervous to start the process. When I called Susann to inquire about a property, she was very friendly, I let her know that I was a little far from the location and she was very flexible in scheduling our first viewing. Susann shared a lot of her knowledge and gave us very good advice, from the beginning all the way to the end. She was always there to answer our questions and guide us in the right direction when we needed help. Susann has taken the time to follow up with us even after the process was finalized, and to me that is very important because we don't feel as if we are just another number or another completed sale, we feel appreciated. I've heard from friends and family that the process of buying a home was a very difficult and stressful one, but for us, it never felt like that, we never felt stressed, nor worried that our process wouldn't work out. I'm extremely satisfied of how everything worked out, how easy it was, the time it took and most of all Susann's help in becoming homeowners for the first time. I would 1000 times recommend Susann and her team.
