Cristina is an excellent stager and a social media wizard. Her pictures and video with music found the buyer. The buyer stated that the photography made her want to see more. She stated these were the best video's she has ever seen. Cristina's job was to get people in the house and then the house sold itself. She accomplished all of that. Very informative on staging and the Open House with ice cream truck. Real Estate is a numbers endeavor. Need lots of expose to find the RIGHT buyer. She targeted her advertisement and didn't spare any expense to accomplish the sale. Cristina has the pulse of the market at all times. Many years of experience really lets her know how the market and buyers are reacting and shifts accordingly. The days of placing a listing in the RMLS and hope SOMEONE sells it is over.
