John helped us with selling. Helped clean up the house so pictures listed looked good and house looked good for viewers. We had a realtor before him and that guy listed ugly photos. John and team advertised our house nice. He’s funny and makes us laugh even when things were tough with first buyer who wanted the house but backed out. John brought in a lot of buyers and even though we didn’t sell right away, he met our needs and understood what we wanted as in the selling process. And finally we able to find a buyer who met our needs too. We also had a problem with first potential buyer, who backed out at the last day of escrow. He would lose his deposit but ended up disappearing on us. John helped us set up a mediation and go through the process to help up begin a claim against that person.
